POETIC COSMOS OF THE BREATH
As you have probably seen from my posts of late; I love a video to accompany to post! Like a lesson at school when you find out you will be watching a video – it’s great to just sit back and just watch!
For some reason I have only just come across this incredible spectrum of colour created by artist and architect Tomas Saraceno, however felt compelled to share its wonderful vastness and beauty.
Tilted A Poetic Cosmos of the Breath, this magical dome was launched back in 2007. Set up at the break of dawn at the Gunpowder Park in Essex; the piece was commissioned by The Arts Catalyst and is an experimental structure which uses natural energies such as sunlight and air to create natural form.
Truly breathtaking, I would have loved to have witnessed it live.
